I would like to thank Brian for his quick response! I orginally booked and reserved space to transport my car via Triple A Auto Transport...DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID! This company left me high and dry, would not return calls, and did not pick my car up as promised. I called Brian with Reliable Car Transportation and he was quick and curteous to help! He was able to do in 3 hours what the other company could not do in 3 weeks! Unfortunatly, my original company said they had charged my credit card for deposit and dispached a driver and would not allow me to cancel and get deposit back (3 days after the original date to pick up) so I was not able to use Brian's service. However, if given then chance I would have gone with Reliable's service! So..shippers beware...do not use Triple A Auto Transport...and learn from my mistake...feel confindent and go with Reliable!

Other than the fact that we got on the schedule to have the car picked up earlier than we requested, the service was great! It all worked out in a very timely matter. The car was almost home before we were. The driver got as close as he could to our house in the hills....gave us a call and he was at the top of our street...very convenient. I liked the man who drove the truck...he was funny and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely use you again...sorry we didn't discover you a few years ago when our daughter first went east to school...could have saved a lot of money on transport and probably saved a few dents and scratches to her car from other services.

I purchased a new car on June 20th with a promise the dealership would ship my old car to FL promptly. After a full week my car was still sitting there! So, I called Brian at Reliable on Sat. , June 27. We set up a plan to transport my car on the following Monday, June29. The pick-up was right on time and my car got to my daughter's home four days later on July 3rd. I am so impressed and pleased with Brian's service and would reccomend his company anytime! Thank you.

It was worth the wait. We had contracted with this company to transport two separate cars from both ends of the country (CA and FL) to bring them to southernmost TX. The planets aligned well and my first car got here ahead of time (see earlier review), and while the second car took a bit longer to get here from CA, we were pleased with the service. I certainly do not envy the logistics that are involved with brokers and trucking company, but we are pleased with Reliable.

We knew that because we do not live anywhere near any kind of hub or transport center that getting a vehicle here on the same trailer that it would be picked up would not be easy, plus it was the beginning of the holiday season, so while we were a little antsy when this car did not arrive here in seconds, we were not worried. We stayed in touch with Brian who always returned our emails. When he found a company that would pick up our car, he contacted us, gave us the relevant information to stay in contact with the driver (Bryce, of Mel's Towing, who is a really nice guy), and we received our car in great condition.

We plan to eventually move back east and already plan to use this company to transport our three cars back there.

Although a few competitors attempted to persasude me that a company as young as Reliable might not deliver on their promises, my experience was anything but. Of the several vehicles I have had shipped over the years, Reliable is definately top-tier. Brian was courteous, extremely thorough and very efficient. My SUV was picked up the very day it first became available and was delivered within 9 days. Most significantly, the price was the most competitive of all the quotes I obtained.

When I needed to move my two automobiles from Florida to California I called another carrier, a reputable highly regarded company that was reccomended to me. When I called another carrier I was disappointed to find that they had no availability until mid Febuary ,due to their involvment in the Garret Jackson antique car auction.

I then turned to transport reviews ,which I have used many times before with great luck, to find an automobile carrier.Based on the reviews I read here and on another site I decided to call Reliable and get a quote on moving my 2 cars. To my suprise not only could they accomodate my dates, they were half the price of INTERCITY.

I booked my auto move and it all went well from start to finish. When I had questions they were answered immediatly when I called their toll free customer service number.Their driver Dick and his wife(helper) Vickey could not be more friendly and accomodating. They called me 3 days before the first day of my delivery window and asked if they could deliver the cars the next day. That was more than fine with me ,as I was renting 2 cars and expected the cars would deliver somewhere in the middle of the delivery window.

The cars arrived,without a scratch, the next day exactly at 12 noon as they said they would.

Reliable is a great service I would reccomend them to anyone needing a car transporter.

Everything went perfectly. Brian explained to me all the answers to my many what-ifs? very patiently and honestly. I am a mother whose 18-year-old daughter's car was being transported to her at college. I specified I wanted a nice man to be the trucker! And we got one, and in a timely and professional manner. The trucker was considerate and patient about my daughter's class schedule (meaning she couldn't respond immediately when he arrived at her city because she was in class). And she was very comfortable with him when he delivered her car to her. Forgot to mention the price was right, too! I comparative-shopped, and RCT was very competitively priced.
