Car Transport To & From Nevada (NV)
|
Nevada is home of the fabulous Las Vegas, the gambling, eloping, drinking, partying, and excessing capital of the US and in some respects, the world. Gratuitous to some, a place of comfort and a place of beauty for others, Nevada in many ways is defined by Las Vegas. Though many large towns have sprung up farther and farther from the outside edges of the city, and as a result are taking on their own lives. Nevada is in the middle of the Western US desert, specifically, the Mojave. Over 85% of the land in Nevada, which is the 7th largest geographically speaking, is owned by the US federal government for both civilian and military purposes. Some people think there is an area where aliens came down in part of this federally owned Nevada desert, as far as what actually happened, no civilians or non-politicians no for sure. Nevada is the only state where cars cannot drive continuously on one road from one major city to another, that is, from Reno to Las Vegas or vice versa. In every other state, the major cities are linked by single main highways. Even with the federal roads, one has to transfer routes to go from Las Vegas to Reno. There are many bus lines and railroads that lead into Reno and Las Vegas however. And the Vegas airport, Reno-Tahoe International Airport, is one of the most active in all of America. Therefore, transport may not be entirely efficient between major parts of Nevada; however to those coming to visit one of the state's two major cities, there is certainly easy and abundant access. In Elko, NV everyone walking through the streets must, by law, wear a mask at all times. It is illegal to "drive" a camel on the highway too. And also, it is perfectly legal to hang a person on your property if they shoot your dog while trespassing. |
